The Clear Rate application and all rights, title, and interest in it, including its software, source code, design, and associated intellectual property, belong exclusively to Vitória Raio de Luar dos Santos. All rights are reserved. No reproduction, distribution, sale, or other exploitation of the application or its components is permitted without express written consent from Vitória Raio de Luar dos Santos.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Vitória Raio de Luar dos Santos retains the exclusive right to reproduce, modify, license, sell, or otherwise transfer usage rights to the application. Any grant of rights to third parties is at the sole discretion of Vitória Raio de Luar dos Santos and may be revoked at any time.
Unauthorized copying, adapting, or distribution of the application is strictly prohibited. Any permitted use is revocable; access to the application may be terminated at any time without notice.
The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
Use of the application constitutes acceptance of these terms.
