Choose what Standard includes and whether each item is billed by time or a flat price per unit. Times still contribute to the job duration. Save to apply.
Changing units or currency only changes labels and formatting. Enter rates in your chosen currency and area unit; values are never converted.
Set the price per area for each house level and visit frequency.
Choose a base level and enter its rates. Every other level is priced as a percentage of the base level (100%).

Extra labor-hours are added to the existing room/item calculation. Use either the Standard band or the Deep band, never both. Blank area keeps room-only calculation. Individual extras keep their existing times and prices.
Your 4,971 sq ft example belongs in the 4,500–5,000 band. The final target is 8–10 labor-hours for Standard and 32–33 for Deep, including room/item time—not those hours added on top. We still need that job's rooms and selected extras to set the extra hours.
Bands include their upper boundary. Not set adds no hours. Settings use sq ft; entered m² is converted. Save applies both services. Band hours are added before Post Construction adjustment and Move In/Out deduction.
Positive adds time; 0 keeps it unchanged; negative reduces it. The existing -20% is preserved until you Save. Applies whenever Post Construction and Deep Cleaning are selected, even without area. Flat add-on prices stay unchanged.
